Project consisted of mass earth work on a 87 acre site with over 285,000 c.y. of soils moved, soil corrections, and foundation excavations for a new 72,000 SF distribution center. Over 6,000 l.f. of water main, storm sewer and sanitary sewer pipe installed in conjunction with site grading, concrete pavement sub-grade prep and finish grading.

Project consisted of installing over 25,000 linear feet of utility installation with up to 35' excavations along with related shoring. Soil corrections for future roads, roadway infrastructure improvements including sand bedding, geo textile fabric, curb, class 5 and asphalt. Project also included future park improvement’s including decorated concrete sidewalks and lighting.

Project consisted of site work on a 55 acre site with over 330,000 c.y. of soils moved. Debris segregation and removal, soil remediation, over 4,500 l.f. of water, storm & sanitary installed. 325,000 s.f. building was constructed on site. Ground thawing provided by DEC for foundation excavation and back fill.

Project consisted of renovating a 60 acre, 24 hour tenant operated site. Work included new office, service, repair shop excavations, storm water detention systems installation and relocation, site remediation, contaminated soils export, hazardous soils removal, remediation, soil lining, water, storm and sanitary sewer installation. Parking lot rehabilitation and installation. All work had to be phased while client operated without interruption

Project consisted of trunk line sanitary, water and storm sewer installation totaling over 22,000 l.f. for future 4 lane roadway and with an adjacent 50 lot home sub-division with new streets and infrastructure. Scope included pipe jacking, sanitary sewer installation with 30’ sub cut excavations, horizontal directional boring, mass de-watering, street sub-grade prep, installation of curb, asphalt pavement, restoration, and related scopes of work.

Project consisted of site grading, storm sewer installation, infiltration basin construction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, landscaping, irrigation, signage and striping for two new streets in the City of Brooklyn Park, MN

Projected consisted of a 25 acre site with retail improvements which included 325,000 c.y. general grading with contaminated soils remediation, soils export to landfill, onsite corrective work with governing agencies, soil corrections, two span-crete bridge installations, foundation improvements, site utilities with directional boring through existing creek within swppp sensitive areas and regulations, gravel and bituminous installation.

Project consisted of a new 311,139 g.s.f. 4 level apartment building that consisted of soil remediation and contaminated soils export. Foundation sub-soil correction along with infiltration soils pond collection system, underground storm water detention systems, mass grading, site utilities and finish work
